Cancellation Policy: Your woman to woman registration cannot be cancelled but you can transfer your paid registration to another woman. Please contact us if you will be transferring your registration.

Badge Information
Please note that as of September 12, 2023 at 6pm, the name badges will be printed. You are still able to register using this on-line option, but a name badge will be manually created at the Conference Registration table once you check-in which will begin at 3pm on September 15, 2023

Hotel Room Reservations
Your conference registration does not include a hotel room. Please contact The Dana Hotel at 800-445-3339 to make your reservation. Be sure to mention Woman to Woman San Diego to receive our conference discount. (Must book before August 15, 2023). Your credit card will be charged 48 hours prior to the conference when making hotel reservations online. The hotel has agreed to waive the resort fees and parking charge for our conference, however the online registration form will show a charge for the resort fee.
